7 Great Challenges

In these challenges we have a go at a number of traditional athletic events, plus some other exercises to help us keep fit and active, all taken from our full Athletics & Exercise course. We show how to set the challenges up using everyday items found around the house, and how to practice them indoors if the weather is bad outside.
