Go Flipping Further!

We introduce some more sports skills in this course to go alongside our even harder bottle flips. We will combine flipping with kicking, throwing and shooting as well as the occasional fitness challenge. We also bring in a tricky new skill called the cap, where you flip the bottle and land it on the cap.
